The National Weather Service issued an updated flood advisory tonight, predicting that the Mon Wharf parking lot will remain flooded through Sunday afternoon.

The parking lot was closed today because of the flood advisory. The parking authority suggests that drivers park at the First Avenue Garage and Second Avenue Plaza.

The weather service's advisory also predicts that the Ohio River will rise close to 20 feet Saturday morning, meaning water will be up to 1 foot deep in the lower sections of the North Shore riverwalk.
